In December 2024, a meeting took place in the Secretariat of the KKF headquartered in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK, to review the work of 2024 and discuss the work orientation in 2025. It was participated by officials of the Secretariat and presided over by chairman Kang No Ul.

The meeting reviewed the publicity over the KKF, appreciation over donors, saving up and expending of donated funds and gave a positive assessment that the material and technical basis was further improved and completed for managing and securing donated funds. 

In the meeting it was mentioned that the Secretariat assisted necessary materials to the flood affected areas of North Phyongan Province and contributed a milk processing facility to Munchon Goat Farm to be constructed in Kangwon Province in order to support the childcare policy of the Party.  

The meeting also decided the work orientation and compiled the Foundation budget of 2025 and discussed about some approaches related to cooperation with other funds and foundations in several countries.
