In 2024, the Board of Directors of the KKF accepted foreigners and overseas Koreans as KKF members as they had actively donated to the KKF and contributed to giving publicity to the KKF and expanding and developing it and hoped to be its members.

To be concrete, a lot of foreigners and overseas Koreans in several countries such as Russia, China and Singapore were registered as the KKF members via deliberation by the KKF Secretariat in 2024.
