Meeting was convened in last February by KKF Secretariat headquartered in Pyongyang to hold the Fifth Enlarged Meeting of Board of Directors and the Third General Assembly of Members.

Chairman Kang No Ul presided over the meeting.

In the meeting there was a serious discussion over the appropriate convention of the Fifth Enlarged Meeting of Board of Directors and the Third General Assembly of Members in Pyongyang.
