Making a Phone Call at Lunch Time

It was summer of a year. Officials became so impatient, as they saw President Kim Il Sung open a document, leaving his lunch unfinished.

He tried to think over a paragraph of the document and underlined a passage with his red colored pencil and after he was through with it, the President telephoned for an official.

They were looking at the President with thought that an urgent question must have been posed. However they were quite surprised to see the President unexpectedly worried about vegetable seeding.

The question he worried about leaving his lunch unfinished was nothing but the issue to provide vegetables for kimchi in winter to the people.
