One day in June Juche 102 (2013), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un inspected the Changsong restaurant in his field guidance to the several sectors of Changsong County.

Entering the dining room, he checked on the managerial situation of the restaurant and public opinion and was very much pleased to hear the county people like it so much.

Saying that the voice of the people judged most fairly whether or not officials worked well and it was no longer needed to judge again if they liked it, he stressed that officials should make them like whatever they did.
