The Third Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea was convened around June Juche 110 (2021).

In the Plenary Meeting it was raised as the key topic for discussion to take a decisive step to find prompt solution to the urgent matters the people took a primary interest in and desired at the present situation.

The Meeting took a step to supply food reserves immediately to the inhabitants who suffered temporary shortage of food.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un issued a special order he had signed in person on the provision of food reserves in his loyalty to contribute even a little to stabilizing the people’s livelihood.
