It happened in November Juche 108 (2019) when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a fish processing station.

In the quick-freezing workshop he felt so satisfactory to see the fishes pouring out to the freezers as if his fatigue had all disappeared. Having tried to press a block of frozen fishes carried on the belt conveyor with his hand and seen it was not solid, he asked if fishes would likely be getting dried in storage. 

An official said that water was sprayed to the frozen blocks to prevent them from getting dried and also mentioned about some other measures under experimental stage in other fishery stations. 

Then the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un pointed out the need of regular checking to see any changes in them.

Thanks to his warm loving care to keep fishes so fresh, our tables are now more plentiful than ever.
