One day in September Juche 106 (2017), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un inspected an institute newly constructed by a farm. He went in some laboratories, bedroom, dining room and physical exercise room and even entered bathroom in the institute.

Having watched how it was constructed, he looked down into the water tank and said that the bathroom had never been utilized. 

Farm officials said to him that they intended to open the bathroom after his inspection to the Institute constructed under the care of the Party. 

When an official explained to him why it had not been utilized, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said that he was mistaken. He also said that he was good at farming but careless in the work for researchers and that it should have been much better if he had begun the bathroom service to check if water temperature was adequate, water volume insufficient and water drained well and taken some proper steps to correct them.

Like this, when inspecting even a cultural and welfare facility, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un took his primary concern in offering convenience to researchers and getting it to be agreeable to them.
