Standards of Raising Quality Are Voices of the People

One day in February Juche 101 (2012) the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited Samilpho Specialties Factory and paid his deep attention to a question while inspecting the updated production process.

It was whether or not goods were excellently made to gain public favor.

When he began inspecting the production point, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un directed his primary concern to the quality rather than the kinds and quantities of foodstuffs and taught in detail about the ways to raise the quality of goods: factory officials shouldn’t restrict themselves to fulfilling production plan in disregard of public opinion, but should know in detail what kinds of goods people liked best, what kinds of cakes they were fond of, if they liked them, why they liked such cakes, what was good or bad in a good and why it varied with the goods among the general good opinions and bring them all together. And he said that they could then produce high-quality goods that pleased the tastes and demands of the people.

His teaching concerning the matter with raising quality of goods was truly significant as it illuminated that it was never a technical matter but the matter concerning their viewpoint on the people and the absolute standards of raising quality were the voices of the people.
