One day in August 2014, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un inspected Pyongyang Hosiery Factory and saw the socks for children displayed at the sample room. 

At that time, the bear in a foreign cartoon film was embroidered on the socks. He instructed factory officials to embroider the patterns which portrayed the animals in the “Clever Raccoon Dog” of our cartoon film.  

Like this, he regarded it as more important matter to foster the patriotic mind which values our things first and brings better fame to them than that of giving smart socks of good quality to the new rising generations.
