What makes the Korean People’s Army strong?

A fact is here to give an answer to this question. 

One day in August 2012, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un revealed his intention to the officials that he was going to inspect the Mu Islet, so close to the Yonphyong Islet, the den of puppets of the Republic of Korea.  

That moment, officials stood up suddenly and eagerly asked him never to go there, but he refused to yield his determination.

He said that if they really held in check his way, he would go to Mu Islet for sure even by taking a straw in his mouth and swimming, there were soldiers he loved so much in Mu Islet and who else but he, the supreme commander, would go there to see them.

This was how a story was recorded in the history that the supreme commander of a country went to see ordinary soldiers in an islet post getting aboard not a large warship but a small wooden boat whose horsepower was twenty seven.  

This fact only gives an answer enough to tell what makes the Korean People’s Army strong like in the saying that you may judge of the whole from one.
