There is another specialty which is called Yangdok Songi mushroom in the DPRK.  

Yangdok, a region of South Phyongan Province, has been renowned as an origin of Songi mushroom as was recorded to be a famous Yangdok specialty at the section of specialties by regions of a few historic books compiled in the 15th and 16th centuries. 

Songi mushroom becomes one of the natural health foods favored by everyone as it has some distinctive aroma and taste and high nutritive value as well.
