A flood victim watched on the TV the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un inspecting on a small rubber boat the flooded areas of Sinuiju City which was deep under water beyond recognition of the topographical situation of the land and said:   

“Whenever we saw the small rubber boat our Marshal got on rolling or pitching heavily on water flowing in rapids, we felt really tight on our chests. We all know how dangerous it was as we had already suffered. Because we had our Marshal, the only one person in the world, on an extremely dangerous boat, the people of this country committed really a great crime.”
