Everyone has equal rights and thus all the people are true masters of state power in the DPRK. You can see everywhere the bright faces of children learning to their hearts’ content under the universal compulsory education system and people enjoying the benefits under the socialist health care system and hear their laughing voices coming out from cultural recreation areas wonderfully constructed.

This is the actual situation of socialist Korea where the state regards it as its divine obligation to take care of the destiny and future of people and the people enjoy it as their due rights.
