I am very happy to attend the 32nd April Spring Friendship Art Festival in celebration of the 110th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people.
This day is a great holiday not only for all the Korean people and powerful Korea but also for all other peoples around the world.
This holiday maintains its tradition and unique features in the face of the prevailing unprecedented situation.
Now many countries, having lost their own traditions, are trying to adopt others` styles in an attempt to adapt themselves to external environment.
When I was visiting Pyongyang I was really surprised to see the Korean people who had a firm belief in the Juche idea, which they had regarded as an element of their faith.
I was struck with admiration.
The Korean people are wonderful, indeed, and, in particular, its children are talented.
Teachers and artistes are also excellent.
When I was staying in Pyongyang for two weeks several years ago for the transfer of skills, I was surprised to see the talented students.
At that time I had many students under my charge.
There were really excellent musicians among them.
I believe that they will represent the DPRK and add glory to it.　
I am happy to have taught the Korean students art and music, which are a language understandable to all, and now give a performance for the Korean people.
