One day at the height of the fierce war, President Kim Il Sung went to a mobile post office of a unit of the People’s Army. 

The President walked into the kitchen as he always paid deep attention to the diet of soldiers. 

Looking down into the foods on the table, he had a shadow pass over his face. 

At that time, the soldiers on mess duty used to prepare foods in advance because they had to fulfill their duties as military messengers at any time.

For that reason the soldiers who were back late after having accomplished their missions often ate cold foods.

Having learnt such situation, the President advised the officers of the unit to warm the boiled rice and soup and serve the late messengers.
