The DPRK is meaningfully meeting the 75th founding anniversary of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) when the dignity and might of Juche Korea are fully displayed. 

Soon after national liberation, President Kim Il Sung put forward the policy of army founding and appointed the site for Pyongyang School where to educate the commanders needed for regular army-building. He was deeply interested in education work of the training schools for military political cadres including the Central School for Training the Cadres of the National Security Forces, organized the units of several arms of the regular armed forces and finally proclaimed the founding of the regular revolutionary armed forces on February 8, 1948.

It was a historic miracle to be created only by the President, a peerlessly great man that he built the revolutionary regular armed forces in no less than two years since national liberation. 

In the 1990’s, the most severe period in the Korean revolution, Chairman Kim Jong Il defended the destiny of the country and people holding high the banner of Songun. The KPA is now displaying its dignity as a powerful revolutionary army politically and ideologically superior, morally sound and possessed of the strongest military strength in the world under the outstanding leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

All the Korean people and service personnel are now paying their highest respect to the President and the Chairman, the founder and builder of the Juche-oriented revolutionary armed forces and taking a firm oath to accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche started on Mt. Paektu under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
