“Song of General Kim Il Sung”, Theme Song of Progressive Peoples in the 20th Century

In the 20th century when the whole world was enthusiastic for worshipping the Sun, the theme song of the progressive peoples was the “Song of General Kim Il Sung” in fact as well as in name.

Decades ago, this song was played transcending diplomatic customs at the grand banquet hall in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, attended by heads of state from several countries. Since then, it was sung by hundreds of millions of people as the cheer of deep gratitude and hymn song of praising the Sun in all countries and regions the President visited.

As the exploits made by the President for the cause of independence of mankind last forever, the “Song of General Kim Il Sung” played as a solemn overture in the First April Spring Friendship Art Festival to celebrate his 70th birth anniversary is sung as the theme song of the festivals still going on in praise of the Sun.
