As a famous art troupe, which enjoys popularity at home and abroad, it gives performances mainly with numbers of folk dance of Russia and national dance pieces of many countries, thus winning supremacy in the field of dancing art.

It has visited the DPRK on several occasions to give performances. It took part in the 20th April Spring Friendship Art Festival.
