The art troupe is comprised of artistes from the Kumgangsan Opera Troupe, song and dance troupes in local areas and the Union of Korean Writers and Artists in Japan.

It has participated in all the past April Spring Friendship Art Festivals, winning many prizes for their excellent performances.
