It is a gift presented to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un by a Korean resident in Russia in April Juche 108 (2019).

He went to a world-famous manufacturing company and let them know his boundless feeling of respect for the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and consulted in detail with them on the form and content of the gift to be made. And then he made a sincere effort to get this gift wonderfully completed.
