It is a gift presented to President Kim Il Sung by a Vietnamese musician and his troupe. 

Seizing the opportunity of their participation in the Ninth April Spring Friendship Art Festival to celebrate the 79th birth anniversary of the President, they brought with them the models of the Vietnamese folk musical instruments sincerely made which had the best quality of sounds in a feeling of warm gratitude to the President.

Vietnamese regard as a token of their high courteous treatment to present to the respected person the models of their folk musical instruments they are fond of.
