It is a gift presented to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un by Mongolian president Khaltmaa Battulga in October Juche 106 (2017). 

President resolved to present a gift to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un and chose the bronze sculpture of Genghis Khan, the symbol of heroism and braveness to Mongolian people, as a gift in order to express his high respect for him who is firmly safeguarding the sovereignty and dignity of the DPRK having great powers under his control.
