It is a gift presented to President Kim Il Sung by Muhammad Anwar At Sadat, former president of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

He presented this silverware made with his sincerity in March 1978 in order to pay his respect to the President who sincerely helped and led Egyptian people. 

This gift is cherishing the endless thankful minds of the president Sadat and Egyptian people to the President.
