It is a gift presented to Chairman Kim Jong Il in April 2012 by the former deputy chairman of the Nigerian Senate who had respected him. 

He spoke that he had prepared the gift praying for immortality of His Exellency the great leader Kim Jong Il, the eternal Sun of progressive humans, who illuminated the road ahead of independence to be followed by the oppressed people by force of the great Juche idea and Songun. He also wished that His Excellency the respected Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un would be in good health by cherishing the constant minds of all progressive peoples who hoped that he would defend the Korean socialism to the end, the beacon of their hope and lives and that the Korean people would always achieve victory and glory in their road of advance under his leadership.
